Dr Chandar Mohini obtained her medical degree from Gajra Raja Medical College Gwalion, India in 1991.She did her medical training in Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi India and at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kota Kinabalu Sabah. She is also obtained her Masters of Science (MSC) in Regenerative Medicine, Anti-ageing and Medical Aesthetic at UCSI.

Served as a medical officer at Hospital Kuala Lumpur and did her rotation in O&G and orthopaedic. she had 3 years in the psychiatry unit at Hospital Kuala Lumpur and managed many mental health issues include depression, schizophrenia and etc. She has also been practising as a general practitioner from 1997.
